Support Charcoal Lane

Charcoal Lane will enrich the lives of young disadvantaged Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal people who participate in the training program. We need your help to make this happen. Make a real difference by contributing to the program.
How you can help:
1. Dine at Charcoal Lane
As all proceeds from Charcoal Lane are utilised to support the continued development of the restaurant everyone who dines contributes to our growth.
2. Functions and Catering
Show your support for Charcoal Lane by holding your next corporate event or business meeting at the restaurant. All proceeds benefit the continued development of our training programs.
3. Become a Partner
Deepen your involvement and gain recognition as a Partner of the Charcoal Lane program.
Benefits include in-restaurant recognition and access to a range of dining privileges.

4. Sponsor a Trainee or Apprentice
Each year 30 Trainees are offered the opportunity to undertake a Certificate II in Hospitality.
An additional 12 young people will undertake the Apprenticeship Program and undertake a Certificate III in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery and Operations).
Sponsorship fees are:
· Trainee: $9500 per year
· Apprentice: $13,500 per year
One off donations can be made; alternatively corporations may consider the establishment of a Workplace Giving program as a way to deepen their involvement.
Dining benefits are provided to all of our Sponsors.
5. Make a donation to Charcoal Lane
All donations to Charcoal Lane of $2.00 and up are tax deductible.
All donations assist us to continue our program and enrich the lives of young Aboriginal and disadvantaged youth.
